综述了近年来(2004-2013)分子光谱法测定铝(Ⅲ)的研究进展.内容包括:催化动力学光度法,普通光度法,荧光光度法,双波长光度法以及相关联用技术.对不同分析方法的反应介质、线性范围、检出限、实际应用对象等进行了概述,并对分子光谱法测定铝(Ⅲ)的研究方向与前景进行了展望:开发新型显色剂与环保荧光试剂,提高方法的特异选择性,缩短分析时间;引入电子计算机等人工智能系统,对信号处理、方法校正、实验设计等进行优化;加强与高效分离、富集检测技术联用,以减少测定干扰,实现对痕量铝(Ⅲ)的准确测定.
The research progress on molecular spectrometric determination of aluminum(Ⅲ) in recent years (2004-2013) was reviewed, including catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry, general spectrophotometry,spectrofluorimetry, double wavelength spectrophotometry and related coupling technique. The reaction medium, linear range, detection limit and actual application object of different analytical methods were summarized. The research direction and prospect for the molecular spectrometric determination of aluminum(Ⅲ) was forecast, new developer and environmental fluorescence reagent should be developed to enhance specific selectivity and shorten analysis time; artificial intelligence system such as computer should he introduced to optimize signal process, method correction and experiment design, etc; highly efficiency separation and enrichment technology should be coupled to reduce interference and realize the accurate determination of aluminum(Ⅲ).
