This paper introduces a mini bench-top printing robot THU-Biorobot III, including its function, mechanical architecture, control system and software design. THU-Biorobot Ⅲ is based on modularization design and is composed of a built-in environmental control module, a micro-titer-plate (MTP) replacing module and a printing pin cleaning and drying module, etc. THU-Biorobot Ⅲ uses contact printing technology for microarray fabrication.
