Shipping finance as the connection from the shipping industry to the financial industry which plays an important role and has a strategic significance. However, the developments of domestic and international shipping finance are extremely uneven, and it led the developed countries shipping pattern has a dominant position and china＇s shipping finance has insufficient matching capacities. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deep comparative study in order to establish the future development direction of the china＇s shipping finance.
