Shipping finance business is a strategic way to achieve long-term stable development of the shipping industry. Business innovation depends on shipping products, financial risk control, and its innovative content is the inevitable and cutting-edge in-depth development of shipping finance business. The funds accounted for vessels more than 90% of the investment and financing business has the widest scope and the greatest risk. This paper focus on shipping finance business innovation connotation, and summarizes the current ship investment and financing mode, in order to clarify the further development direction.
