采用培养皿培养法,配制0.625、1.250、2.500、5.000、10.000g/L不同浓度的植株地上部分水浸提液,对白车轴草与外来入侵杂草牛膝菊之间化感互作开展研究,旨在为牛膝菊入侵生境合理选择种植替代物种,实现生物防除牛膝菊和研制新型除草剂提供科学依据。结果表明:(1)不同浓度牛膝菊地上部分浸提液对白车轴草种子的萌发、幼苗的根长和根茎比总体呈抑制作用,且随浓度增加而增强。(2)浓度为10.000g/L的白车轴草地上部分浸提液对牛膝菊种子的萌发、幼苗的根长和根茎比有显著抑制作用,其他浓度有促进作用。(3)在供试浓度范围内,牛膝菊对白车轴草化感综合效应均小于0,表现出对白车轴草生长的抑制作用,浓度为10.000g/L的水浸提液抑制作用最大,而白车轴草对牛膝菊的化感综合效应在浓度为10.000g/L时小于0,对牛膝菊的生长具有抑制作用,其他浓度的化感综合效应均大于0,表现出对牛膝菊生长具有促进作用。因此,在相同生境下用白车轴草替代牛膝菊的生长要慎重。
By using seed germination method in culture dish,different concentrations(0.625,1.250,2.500,5.000,10.000 g/L)of water extracts form the upper part of Trifolium repen and Galinsoga parviflora were prepared,the mutual allelopathy between T.repen and G.parviflora was studied,to determine whether T.repen could replace G.parviflora in the similarity habitat,and to provide scientific basis for the biological control of G.parviflora and the development of new weed killer.The results showed that,water extracts of G.parviflora had certain inhibitory effect on seed germination,radicle length,ratio of root and stem of T.repen,with the increase of concentration,these traits decreased gradually.The extracts of T.repen exhibited inhibitory effect on seed germination,radicle length,ratio of root and stem of G.parviflora at 10.000 g/L,and had apromotion effect at low concentrations.Within the limits of concentration in the test,the comprehensive effect of G.Parviflora on T.repen was less than 0,it exhibited inhibitory effect,and the extracts of G.parviflora had the greatest inhibitory effect at 10.000 g/L.While T.repen exhibited inhibitory effect,and the comprehensive effect of T.repen on G.parviflora was less than 0 at 10.000 g/L;T.repen had apromotion effect on G.parviflora at other concentrations.The conclusion suggested that T.repen to replace G.parviflora under the same habitat should be careful.
