研究了冷轧对45钢表层双辉离子渗铬层组织及性能的影响。对45钢表面渗铬层进行冷轧处理后,通过对合金层的组织、结构、形貌及力学性能进行分析,研究了不同变形量下冷轧加工对渗层组织、电化学腐蚀性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,冷轧加工后,渗层合金层与基体发生了同步塑性变形,在此过程中没有出现破碎、脱落现象,这证实了铬合金层不仅具有优异的冷加工性能,同时还与基体具有良好的结合性。
The influence of cold rolling on the microstructure and properties of double glow plasma chromizing layer on 45 steel surface was researched. After cold rolling processing for chromized layer on the surface of 45 steel, the effects of cold rolling processing at different deformation on the microstrueture and electrochemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the infiltrated layer were studied by microstructure, structure, morphology and mechanical properties of the alloy layer. The results show that the alloy layer and substrate simultaneously generate plastic deformation after cold roiling processing. The cracking and crushing phenomenon does not appear in the process, which can confirm that the chromium alloy layer not only has excellent cold processing performance, but also shows a good bonding with substrate.
