实验室模拟条件下,采用液体闪烁测量技术研究了[A环-U-^14C]-丙酯草醚在7种土壤中的吸附与解吸附性能,并对吸附常数Kf与土壤理化性质的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,[A环-U-^14C]-丙酯草醚易被土壤吸附,解吸率极低,在土壤中的吸附符合Freundlich方程,吸附常数Kf与土壤有机质呈显著正相关,与土壤pH值有一定相关性。
Absorption and desorption of [A Ring-U-^14C]-pyribambenz-propyl in 7 soils were studied by liquid scintillation counting. The relativity of absorption constant and quality of soil were analyzed. The results showed that [A Ring-U-^14C]-pyribambenz-propyl was easily absorbed in soils. Adsorptions of [A Ring-U-^14C]-pyribambenz-propyl in soils followed freundlich equation. The adsorption constant Kfwas positively related to soil organic matter(OM).
