综述了近年来电喷雾质谱法（ESI-MS）进行有机反应中间体的研究进展，总结了近年来ESI-MS技术在揭示、阐明和确证反应机理方面的成功应用．

英文摘要：

The recent development of electrospray ionization mass spectrum （ESI-MS） studies on intermediates of organic reactions is reviewed. Examples of the successful application of ESI-MS have been summarized including revealing, elucidating and confirming the proposed mechanisms of organic reactions.
