Village cadres are the direct promoters, organizers and practitioners in the socialism new rural village construction, whose quality determine the effectiveness of the new rural construction. This paper firstly described the quality of village cadres, their working ability and the importance of village cadres training. Then with the reference of the South Korea＇s experience of training village leaders in the new village Campaign, corresponding measures would be proposed in accordance with the actual situation in our country.
