目的 探讨阶段性健康教育对人工髋关节置换术患者功能恢复及生存质量的影响.方法 选择121例人工髋关节置换术患者,随机分为对照组60例和观察组61例,对照组采用术后常规护理和健康教育,观察组在此基础上予阶段性健康教育,比较两组功能恢复及生存质量.结果 术后2周~12个月两组Harris髋关节评分均显著增加(P<0.05),术后各时点观察组Harris髋关节评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).术后2周~12个月两组Barthel指数均显著增加(P<0.05),术后各时点观察组Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05).术后2周~12个月两组WHOQOL-BREF评分均显著增加(P<0.05),术后各时点观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 阶段性健康教育可有效促进人工髋关节置换术患者关节功能和日常生活能力恢复,改善生活质量.
Objective To investigate the periodic health education on hip replacement patients functional recovery and quality of life. Methods A total of 121 cases of hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases and observation group of 61 patients, the control group were treated with routine postoperative care and health e- ducation, the observation group were given periodic health education on the basis of routine postoperative the functions were compared recovery and quality of life. Results After 2 weeks to 12 months, two Harris hip scores were significantly increased (P 〈0.05), the observation group at each time point after Harris hip scores were significantly higher (P 〈0.05). After 2 weeks to 12 months both groups were significantly increased Barthel index (P 〈0.05), postoperative observation group at each time point Barthel index were significantly higher(P 〈0.05). After 2 weeks to 12 months both groups WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly increased (P 〈0.05), after each time point observation group WHO- QOL-BREF scores were significantly higher (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Periodic health education can effectively promote hip arthroplasty patients joint function and activities of daily living to restore and improve the quality of life.
