采用两种介孔分子筛(SBA-15和SBA-15-NH2)分别对水溶性药物阿司匹林进行药物吸附与释放的对比研究,利用FT-IR,UV等手段对样品结构、药物装载和释放过程进行表征。同时,运用Korsmeyer-Pep-pas和Higuchi模型分别对药物缓释体系进行动力学研究。结果表明,氨基改性后SBA-15对阿司匹林的吸附量由14.2%提高到19.5%,且释放时间更长。SBA-15-ASP缓释系统的释放动力学过程遵循Fick扩散机理,而SBA-15-NH2-ASP释放过程遵循非Fick扩散机理。
Mesoporous materials SBA-15and SBA-15-NH 2 were investigated as the water-insoluble aspirin carrier for controlled drug delivery.The samples structure,drug loading and release profiles were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and UV-spectrophotometer(UV),meantime the release kinetics were analyzed using following mathethematical models Korsmeyer-Peppas equation and Higuchi equation.The results show that the adsorption capacity and release properties of SBA-15for drug molecules can be improved by functionalizing its surfaces with amine groups,the adsorption of aspirin from 14.2%to 19.5%.The release process of SBA-15-Aspirin follow a Fickian diffusion mechanism,and SBA-15-NH 2-Aspirin follow a Non-Fickian diffusion mechanism.
