以NaY、HY、液相Ce离子交换改性Y分子筛(L-CeY)为研究对象,运用Py-FTIR和NH3-TPD对Y型分子筛的酸类型、酸强度、酸量进行了表征;采用原位红外光谱技术研究了噻吩在Y型分子筛上的吸附和转化行为。结果表明,分子筛的B酸位是噻吩发生质子化及低聚反应的活性中心。Y型分子筛对噻吩的催化活性顺序为L-CeY〉HY,这可由Y型分子筛B酸位的量和强度区别以及稀土离子物种与B酸中心的协同作用进行解释。
Surface acidities of the Y zeolites (NAY, HY, L-CeY) were characterized by in-situ Py-FTIR and NH3-TPD methods. The adsorption and catalytic transformation behaviors of thiophene on Y zeolites were studied by in-situ FTIR technique. The results indicate that Bronsted (B) acid sites of Y zeolites play an important role in the progress of protonation and oligomerization. The order of catalytic properties of Y zeolites is L-CeY 〉 HY, which can be attributed to the concentration and strength of the surface acidities and the synergy between rare-earth ions species and Bronsted (13) acid sites.
