在应急电源的工程应用中,利用通信来实现对EPS的监控尤为必要,但高速的开关控制和低速的显示功能不能达到完美匹配。为了克服这一缺点和简化主控制芯片硬件上的外围电路以及软件上的程序编写,就把一些实时性要求较低的任务交给单片机去完成,由DSP完成高速处理任务。主从芯片之间正确的数据传输是整个系统良好工作的保证,文章介绍了数字信号处理器DSP与MSP430之间的串行通讯设计方法,并设计了通讯、显示、控制的硬件电路和相应软件,实现了对EPS的实时监控。此设计已通过实践检验,证明其安全可行。
It is necessary to monitor the EPS through communication in engineering application of emergency power,but the high-speed switch control and low-speed display cannot be matched.In order to simplify the peripheral circuits of hardware and programming of software on the main control chip,some tasks with non-strict demand for real-time will be distributed to a single-chip microprocessor,as the high data transmission between master-slave chips is the guarantee for good operation of the whole system.In this paper,the serial communication design method between DSP and MCU was introduced,the corresponding circuits of hardware and software in communication,display and control was designed,which realized the real-time monitoring of EPS.Practical application proves that this design is safe and feasible.
