为了实现逆变器的并网、能源的高效利用,阐述了基于LF2407的并网逆变器的结构和工作原理,重点介绍了逆变器输出电流控制、电网电压的过零检测的软硬件实现和孤岛效应的检测,对逆变器的过流检测和保护也做了具体介绍。最后介绍软硬件设计,进行了样机实验。结果表明,并网电流波形良好,在相位跟踪方面较其他系统有明显改善。证明所设计的并网逆变装置的控制策略具有良好的稳定性和可靠的控制策略。
This paper described the structure and principle of a grid-connected inverter based on LF2407. It introduced the over-current detection, particularly the output current controlling, the grid voltage zero-crossing detection, and the measurement of the isolated island effect. Besides, it elaborated on the experiments conducted hased on the system proposed. The results indicate that, in phase tracking, the system gets better resuhs than other systems, and that it gets the good wave of grid-connected current, which proves that the inverter device has good stability and reliable conlrol strategy.
