采用控制变量法,逐一研究初始pH值、污泥投加量、初始磷浓度等条件下的聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)污泥的磷吸附过程。结果表明,在pH值为4.5~9.0时,污泥对磷的吸附过程稳定,磷的去除率和单位质量污泥对磷的吸附量随pH值的下降而升高。磷的去除率随污泥投加量的增加而增大。随污水的初始磷浓度增大而减小。单位质量污泥磷吸附量随污泥投加量的增加而减小.随污水的初始磷浓度增大而增大。准二级动力学方程可以很好地描述污泥磷吸附过程。通过Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温线方程发现。PAFC污泥具有较强的磷吸附能力.最大理论磷吸附量为6.049mg/g。
The influences of initial pH value, sludge dosage, initial phosphorus concentration, and some other factors on phosphorus adsorption by poly aluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) sludge were studied using the method of controlling variables. The results showed that, when the pH value was 4.5-9.0, the process of phospho- rus adsorption by the said sludge was stable, the removal rate of phosphorus and the adsorption quantity per unit weight of the sludge on phosphorus increased with the decreasing of pH value. The removal rate of phosphorus increased with the increasing of the sludge dosage and decreased the increasing of the initial phosphorus concentration. The phosphorus adsorption quantity by per unit weight of the sludge decreased with the increasing of the sludge dosage, and increased with the increasing of the initial phosphorus concentration. The process of phosphorus adsorption by the said sludge could be well described by pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. According to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and Freundlich adsorption isotherm, it could be found that, PAFC sludge had a good adsorption capability on phosphorus, and the maximum theoretical adsorption quantity was 6.049 mg/g.
