使用新型阳离子捕收剂AY对胶磷矿和石英进行了纯矿物浮选试验,采用粉末接触角、Zeta电位、红外光谱及吸附量测定等方法对捕收剂AY在矿物表面的作用机理进行了研究。结果表明:在弱酸性条件下,采用硫磷混酸作为胶磷矿抑制剂,AY作为捕收剂可实现胶磷矿和石英的分离。石英表面零电点小于胶磷矿,捕收剂AY可使石英和胶磷矿表面电性正移,石英正移幅度大于胶磷矿;捕收剂AY在石英表面发生物理吸附,混酸可以抑制捕收剂在胶磷矿表面上的吸附,捕收剂AY在石英表面吸附量高于在胶磷矿表面上的吸附量。
Floatability and surface properties of pure collophane and quartz ores in the presence of a new type of cationic collector AY were studied by measuring powder contact angle,zeta potential and reagent adsorption,and by infrared spectroscopy analysis. It can be concluded that collophane and quartz can be effectively separated by AY when a mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid was introduced as the depressant for collophane. Quartz has a smaller point of zero charge than collophane,yet,zeta potential of which shifts more significantly,though,both minerals exhibit a positive shift when AY added. Physisorption is the main reaction mechanism for AY on quartz. More AY are adsorbed on quartz than on collophane as the acid mixture can depress its adsorption on the latter.
