为揭示水稻移栽后新生根系相关特性的遗传基础,以笹锦、北陆129及其杂交衍生的回交重组自交系群体为材料,构建包含对应的由245个分子标记组成的遗传图谱对水稻移栽后的新生根相关性状进行分析.共检测到10个控制根平均直径、总根长、平均根表面积、平均根长和根数等性状的 QTL.这些 QTL 分布在第1、2、5、9和11染色体上,并在第9和11染色体上成簇分布,表型贡献率为10.7%~28.5%.随后利用“选择作图”策略对主效 QTL 进行了验证分析.其中,位于第11染色体上标记 C477和 G320B 之间(5461121-6686166 bp)的同时控制根长、根表面积和根数的 QTL qRL11.1, qASA11和 qRN11.1是新发现的位点,具有一定的研究与应用价值.
To reveal the genetic basis of the new root traits after transplanting,by using Sasanishiki,Habataki and 85 backcross recombinant inbred lines (BC1 F5 )and its linkage map including 245 molecular markers QTL controlling new root traits after transplanting were detected.Ten QTLs controlling average diameter,total root length,average surface area,root length and root number were identified.These QTLs distributed on chromosome 1 ,2,5 ,9 and 1 1 .The phenotypic variations (VE)explained by individual QTL ranged from 10.7% to 28.5 %.QTL clusters were formed on chromosome 9 and 1 1 .Then four major QTLs were fine mapped by “selective mapping”method.The QTLs (qRL1 1 . 1 ,qASA1 1 and qRN1 1 .1 )for root length,average surface area and root number were located between C477 and G320B (5 46 1 121 -6 686 1 66 bp)on chromosome 1 1 .It was a novel locus with research and application value.
