基于橡胶弹簧的动特性试验,建立了一个能真实反映工程车辆悬架橡胶弹簧非线性动力学特性的模型,并进行了性能仿真试验,仿真结果与试验结果相吻合,表明所建立的模型符合实际情况,可以为整车悬架系统的动态分析和优化设计提供理论支持。
Based on the experiments on dynamic characteristics of the rubber spring, this paper established a nonlinear rubber spring model. The simulation results show good agreement with the measurement results. So the proposed model can represent the mechanical behavior of the rubber spring. This provides a basis for performing dynamic analysis of the vehicle suspension system and parameter optimization of the rubber spring.
