油藏注热流体(热水、蒸汽、热油)开采是提高采收率的重要方法。由于注热流体开采热传递过程复杂,理论和试验研究存在一定的局限。参考辽河油田常用射孔枪实物模型建立物理模型,经过合理简化建立数学模型,借助F luent模拟软件进行模拟。模拟结果表明,原油的流动性和驱动性较差,黏度越大,流动效果越差。
The injection of hot fluid (hot water, steam, hot oil) into oil reservoir is an important means of raising oil recovery. Due to the complexity process of heat transfer some limitations for the theoretical and experimental of the injection of hot fluid, there are studies. Referring to the entity model of commonly used perforating guns in Liaohe Oilfield, a physical model is set up. Through reasonable simplification, the mathe- matical model is established. Then, the modeling process is done by using Fluent. The results show that the flowability and driving index is poor. The greater viscosity, the oil possesses, the worse are the effect of the flow.
