进行了一百多根包括5种不同直径8 mm、10 mm、12 mm、16 mm、20 mm的GFRP筋的拉伸试验,测得了GFRP筋的极限抗拉强度和弹性模量等参数并做了回归分析。以试验结果数据为基础,提出了三参数Weibull概率分布模型,完成了模型参数拟合,将试验结果数据、Weibull分布模型和正态分布模型进行了比较,表明GFRP筋抗拉强度分布特性用Weibull分布描述比用正态分布描述会更为精确。最后,讨论了GFRP筋抗拉强度与有效体积之间的关系,得出不同直径GFRP筋抗拉强度标准值计算公式,为GFRP筋抗拉强度标准值的选取提供理论依据。
The tensile tests of more than one hundred GFRP bars with different diameters of 8 mm,10 mm,12 mm,16 mm,and 20 mm,were conducted,some parameters such as ultimate tensile strength and elastic modulus of GFRP bar were measured and the regression analysis was done in this paper. Then based on the experimental results,we put forward a three parameters Weibull probability distribution model,and completed the fitting model parameters. Comparing the experimental results data with those of the Weibull distribution model and the normal distribution model,it is indicated that the distribution characteristic of tensile strength of GFRP bars is well accurately described by Weibull distribution.Finally,we discussed the relationship between the tensile strength and effective volume of GFRP bars,and obtained the standard values calculation formula of tensile strength of GFRP bars with different diameters,which can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the standard value of tensile strength of GFRP bars.
