设计完成了165根盐溶液环境下,不同温度(10℃、40℃、60℃),有无承载条件下GFRP筋的耐久性能试验,测得GFRP筋强度保留率与龄期的关系。结果表明,温度、荷载对于GFRP筋的腐蚀均有加速作用。最后以试验结果数据及阿伦利乌斯退化模型为基础,提出了GFRP筋长期耐久性预测模型,并完成了不同承载条件下GFRP筋在盐溶液中的腐蚀强度-龄期预测曲线。
The durable performance test of 165 root GFRP bars was designed completely in salt environment with and without load, under different temperatures of 10 ℃, 40 ℃, and 60℃. The relationship between strength retention rate and the age of GFRP bars can be gotted. The experimental results show that the temperature and load can accelerate the corrosion of GFRP tendons. Finally, on the basis of the test results and Svante August Arrhenius degradation model, the GFRP reinforced durability prediction model was proposed, and curves of corrosion strength to age prediction in salt solu- tion were completed under different load conditions.
