本文主要阐述了钙钛矿型复合氟化物ABF3的结构特征、制备方法以及这类材料的光学性能。ABF3型复合氟化物,其离子性强、能带隙宽、声子能量低、电子云扩散效应小,故易于光能存储、传递和转换。ABF3型复合氟化物在光学上的特性使其作为功能材料将得到广泛应用。
The structure characteristics, preparation method, and optical properties of ABF3 complex fluorides with perovskite structures were summaried in this paper. Light energy is easy to be stored, transfered and conversed in them because of their strong ionicity, wide band-gap, low phonon energy of host and low diffusion effect of election cloud. ABF3 complex fluorides would be widely used as functional materials for their special optical properties.
