在探讨学科-专业-产业链与知识转移和技术创新关系的基础上，提出学科-专业-产业链三层结构模型，认为学科-专业-产业链内部资源、制度和互动等都是为了使知识转移顺利进行并提高它的绩效而存在的。因此从学科-专业-产业链的三大特点着手，分析学科-专业-产业链内部影响知识转移的关键因子，并得出相应的假设与模型。最后对宁波大学部分学科性公司、宁波市国家高新产业园区及鄞州区潘火投资创业中心部分企业进行实证分析，检验研究假设，结合实证分析结果对提升学科-专业-产业链知识转移绩效提出建议。

英文摘要：

With an analysis of the relation between the discipline-specialty-industry chain and knowledge transfer, this article puts forward a model of discipline-specialty-industry chain in which the interactivity of the discipline-specialty-industry chain serves to ensure the smooth and successful knowledge transfer. With this model and related hypotheses, this article makes an empirical study of some companies funded by Ningbe University, and some companies in Ningbo National Hi-tech Zone and Panhuo Investment ＆ Business Incubation. Finally the article puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the performance of the discipline-specialty-industry chain knowledge transfer.
