Discipline-major-industry chain is the effective carrier of collaborative innovation in universities, which supports the new mode and new system for the collaborative development of higher education and economic society. From the activity, that is, knowledge-person-organization of discipline-major-industry chain, organization of knowledge form is the basic trend of knowledge＇s existence and development. In order to promote knowledge＇s flow of discipline-major-industry chain, we can construct the organizational governance system, which is collaborative, interactive, and sharing by obscuring organizational boundary. We can form a governance system which is requirement-oriented, platform-managed, and resource-integrated by establishing expanding organization. We can also construct innovating entrepreneurial culture and form the governance system, with innovative spirit as the core, entrepreneurial culture as the carrier, and integrating academics with industrial culture.
