采用XPS、拉曼光谱、XRD、AFM、SEM分别对氧化石墨烯和经过400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃热还原处理的石墨烯(GR)进行了表面结构和形貌分析.结果表明,GR表面的官能团以C-O-C、C-OH、COOH由易到难的顺序脱除;高温还原使GR片层厚度降低,堆积无序度提高,缺陷增多,结晶尺寸下降;过高的温度会破坏GR的片层结构,使GR产生团聚和褶皱.
The surface structure and morphology of graphene oxide and graphene reduced at 400 ℃,600 ℃,800 ℃,1000 ℃ were analyzed by XPS,Raman spectrum,XRD,AFM,SEM,respectively.The results showed that the desorption order of functional groups in GR surface was C-O-C,C-OH,COOH.High temperature reduction made the thickness of GR sheets reduce,the accumulation of GR sheets disorder,the defects increase and the crystal size decrease.But too high reduction temperature would destroy the GR sheet structure and make the sheets agglomerate and wrinkled.
