为了研究超声预处理对聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝及其预氧化的影响规律,利用差热扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶转变红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X射线衍射(XRD)研究PAN原丝预氧化过程中的热性能、结构转变和微晶尺寸。结果表明,超声预处理后的PAN原丝预氧化起始反应温度降低,放热范围增大;超声预处理后的PAN原丝可以在更低的预氧化温度下形成耐热的梯形结构;超声预处理后的PAN原丝的微晶尺寸由10.39 nm增大到11.18 nm。
In order to research the regulation of ultrasonic on PAN precursor fibers and pre-oxidation.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR) and wide angle X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the thermal properties,structural change and microcrystal size in pre-oxidated fibers.These results show that,the initial reaction temperature of PAN precursor fibers with ultrasonic treated become lower and the exothermal extent's expanded.The heat-resistant trapezoid structure of PAN fibers with ultrasonic treatment can be formed in lower temperature and the microcrystallite size of PAN fibers with ultrasonic treatment increases from 10.39 nm to 11.18 nm.
