茵陈五苓散对高脂血症大鼠的调脂及抗凝血作用

目的研究茵陈五苓散(YCL)对高脂血症大鼠的调血脂以及抗凝血作用。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、YCL低、中、高剂量组及血脂康组,正常对照组给予基础饲料喂养,其余各组用高脂饲料喂养复制高脂血症模型大鼠,造模成功后给予相应药物治疗,观察各组大鼠血脂、肝肾功能、凝血功能、血液流变学指标的变化情况,ELISA检测组织因子(TF)和组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)含量。结果经YCL治疗,高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均出现不同程度下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)有不同程度升高,全血黏度(高中低切)、血浆黏度、血细胞比容及血小板黏附率降低;YCL各组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均有所延长,纤维蛋白原(FIB)下降,TF含量减少、TFPI升高,与正常对照组相比,YCL各组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)无明显变化。结论 YCL对血脂有较好的调节效果,同时有一定的抗凝血作用,对肝肾功能无明显影响。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effects of yinchenwulin powder on blood lipids and anticoagulative function of hyperlipidemia rat. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control,model,three different dosages of yinchenwulin powder( high,middle,low) and xuezhikang groups. The normal control was fed with routine forage,and the others were fed with high fat forage for establishment the hyperlipidemia rats model. The blood lipid spectrum,hepatic and renal function,coagulation function,blood rheology and the contents of tissue factor( TF) and TFPI were measured. Results Compared with those of model group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL in yinchenwulin powder groups( high,middle,low) were decreased,the level of HDL was increased; and the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and platelet adhesion ratio were decreased; PT and APTT were prolonged; TF was decreased while TFPI was increased. There were no obvious differences between normal group and three different dosages of yinchenwulin powder groups in the hepatic and renal functions. Conclusions Yinchenwulin powder could regulate the blood lipid effectively,and it also has anticoagulative effect,and it has no harm to the hepatic and renal function.
