为了研究主滚轮在机体上的布局与滚轮和曲线槽之间驱动接触力的关系,运用牛顿第二定律对主滚轮以及机心组列写了动力学方程,得出了接触力的表达式。对机体上滚轮布局位置进行参数化并编程求解,得出了低、中、高射速下,滚轮位置参数对接触压力的影响。计算结果表明,机体上存在倾斜方向上的滚轮压力棱形等值线,主滚轮宜布局在靠近机心组质心位置,同时布局的优劣在高射速时接触力差别可达1555N.
In order to research the relationship between the main roller layout in bolt carrier and the contact force between roller and cam curve slot,Newton's second law was used to give the dynamic equations for main roller and bolt group respectively,and the contact force expression was obtained.Parameterized the location of main roller in bolt carrier and solved the equations circularly,the corresponding relationships between main roller's location and contact force were obtained in the condition of low,medium and high firing rates.The calculation results indicate that the main roller contact force's prismatic magnitude contours lie on the bolt carrier,and the main roller should be located near the mass center of bolt group,also,the layout can result in the contact force difference up to 1 555 N in high firing rate.
