目的探讨影响风湿病患者生活质量因素的多元Logistic回归分析及护理对策。方法选择该院89例风湿病患者及56例健康体检者,采用SF-36生活量表对其生活质量进行评分,并采用Pearson单因素与多元Logistic回归分析的方法对影响患者生活质量的因素进行分析,然而提出具体的护理对策。结果1观察组SF-36生活量表各维度[生理机能（PF）、生理职能（RP）、躯体疼痛（BP）、活力（VT）、社会功能（SF）、情感职能（RE）、精神健康（MH）]评分均显著低于健康对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;2经Pearson单因素及多元Logistic回归分析,最终筛选出影响风湿病患者生活质量的相关因素：病程、并发症、ESR及hs-CRP。结论影响风湿病患者生活质量因素较多,应在治疗的同时提供一定的护理措施,以改善患者病情及预后。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the influence factors of quality of life in patients with rheumatic diseases and nursing measures. Methods Totally 89 cases of rheumatology patients in author＇s hospital and 56 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The life questionnaire SF- 36 score was used for its quality of life, and the univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis of affecting factors on the quality of life of patients were analyzed, and then proposed specific nursing. Results In patient group, life scale SF - 36 dimensions [physiological function （PF）, role physical （RP）, bodily pain （BP）, vitality （VT）, social functioning （SF）, role emotional （RE） , mental health （MH ）-] scores were significantly lower than in healthy control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. By univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis, relevant factors affecting the quality of life of patients with rheumatic diseases Were selected; include duration, complications, ESR and hs - CRP. Conclusion The factors affecting the quality of life in patients with rheumatism are more, we should provide some care measures in the treatment to improve the patient＇s condition and prognosis.
