Multi-attribute decision making, which is one of the most important parts of decision-making theory and modern decision making science, is widely used in many fields. A multi-attribute decision making mold based on exponential type fuzzy numbers is presented. According to the concept of expectation and Variance of probability and statistics, the expectation and Variance of exponential type fuzzy numbers are given. An exponential type fuzzy weight change into the accurate weights, with considering the expectation and the Variance of exponential type fuzzy numbers and the weights of the decision-makers. Redefine the distance between two exponential type fuzzy numbers. Rank the alternatives based on the deviation degree each scheme and the negative and ideal scheme. A numerical example shows the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
