Galfenol合金是一种既有良好的机械性能又具有大磁致伸缩率的新型磁致伸缩材料。介绍了Galfenol合金的性能,分析了目前Galfenol合金各种本征非线性建模方法的特点,认为目前普遍采用磁各向同性的一维建模方法无法揭示和完整描述Galfenol的磁致伸缩行为,考虑材料磁各向异性特性的建模方法是合适和必要的;重点阐述了Galfenol合金在微驱动器、复合悬臂梁、流体传输与控制、微传感器等领域中的应用现状,认为充分发挥Galfenol合金的可加工性,将其制作成各类微动器件所需要的形状,将更具有实用性。
Galfenol(Fe-Ga) is a kind of new-type magnetostrictive functional materials,with the advantages of machinability.The performances of Galfenol alloy were introduced simply herein.Based on the comprehensive analysis of its constitutive nonlinearities,the 1-D modeling method of magnetic isotropy which was widely used at present cannot describe the magnetostrictive deformation behavior of Galfenol completely.So,the modeling method considering magnetic anisotropy of material was necessary.The applications of Galfenol alloy including micro actuator,micro sensor,micro vibration and micro motor were introduced in details.As the machinability of Galfenol became more mature,different shapes which were satisfied with different micro devices can be designed and manufactured.According to the above suggestions,the Galfenol alloy will be of practicality.
