为了评价多序参量影响的耗散结构制造信息系统的健康状态,定义有序度作为评价制造信息系统有序程度的测度指标。选定多个相互独立的序参量对系统有序度从不同维度进行度量,并计算其当量有序度;确定每个序参量的权重,计算制造信息系统的有序度。使用本评价方法对山西某制造企业进行有序度评价,得到产品质量和利润率对有序度的影响数据,数据表明当各序参量对有序度作用的权重相同时,制造信息系统处于最佳健康状态。
The healthy status of a dissipative structure running manufacturing information system which influence by multiple order parameter is needed to be evaluated. Order-degree is defined as the order degree measurement index of manufacturing information system. Then, multiple independence order parameters are selected, that used for the measurement of the system order degree from different di- mension, and then related equivalent order-degree is calculated. And then, the weight of each order parameter is calculated, and then the order-degree. This method is used in the evaluating of the order degree of a manufacturing enterprise in Shanxi province. And the data of the order degree influencing by quality and profit is obtained. According to the data, when each order parameter have same weight, the manufacturing information system will be in the optimal healthy state.
