根据制造信息系统的特点,提出制造企业复杂信息系统自组织过程框架结构,定义制造信息系统的宏观序参数,对多个序参量影响下的制造系统目标分解、序参量变化及相互作用过程进行数学描述。通过映射耦合函数的建立,使用二叉树遍历的思想阐述用双向输出自动机构造的接口Agent在自组织过程中的作用。以降低生产成本为例对制造信息系统自组织过程及对系统状态的影响做进一步分析。
A self-organization structure frame of complexity manufacturing information system (MIS) was presented by the feature of MIS,and the macroscopic order parameters of MIS were defined. The describe methods of breaking down the goals of manufacturing system,the process of changing and interacting of order parameters were introduced. By establishing mapping coupling function,the function of interface Agent of double direction automata in the process of self-organization was described using the arithmetic of two fork tree. Taking the self-organization process of reducing cost as an example,the self-organization process of MIS and its effect on system states were further researched.
