以壳聚糖为原料,柠檬酸为改性试剂,SrFe12O19为磁核,采用乳化交联法制得柠檬酸改性的磁性壳聚糖微球.并通过傅立叶转变红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段对其进行表征,并以亚甲基蓝模拟废水为评价体系,探讨其吸附性能.结果表明:目标产物较未改性的空白壳聚糖微球而言,既可实现磁回收利用,又对亚甲基蓝溶液有较好的吸附能力,吸附率提高了16%,其吸附过程既可用Langmuir模型描述,也可用Freundlich模型描述,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学方程.
The citric acid modified magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared by emulsion crosslinking method, in which chitosan was used as the main raw material, citric acid used as the modification reagent and SrFe12 O19 used as the magnetic cores. The organic structure, spherical morphology, crystal structure and magnetic property were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(IR), scanning electronic microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), respectively. Then using methylene blue as the target pollutants for degradation, explored its absorption properties. Results showed that compared to the unmodified magnetic chitosan microspheres, the modified micro- spheres had good adsorption capacity for methylene blue and the adsorption rate was increased by 16 ~, both the Langmuir adsorption model and the Freundlich model can well describe the adsorption process , the kinetics were well-described by pseudo second-order kinetic. And it can also be repeatedly used due to their magnetic properties.
