针对省域结合部性质的乌江流域,从非物质文化遗产、重要历史文物遗址遗迹等角度系统归纳该流域民族文化资源的数量、类型以及空间分布特征,然后对民族文化资源的开发提出一些针对性的对策建议。分析表明乌江流域民族文化资源异常丰富、特色鲜明、但散而不聚,开发乏力。在开发过程中应注意保护原则、真实性原则和民族和谐等原则,把握文化资源的开发层次,大力开发显性文化资源,效率优先,积极开发灰色和隐性文化资源中的＂文化元素＂;打造民族文化知名品牌以及合理规划文化资源开发的空间布局。

Based on the special area of wujiang basin, this paper sums up the quantity, types and spatial characteristics of national culture resources from the perspective of non material cultural heritage and the important historical relics, then put forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions.Results show that Wujiang basin has abundant national culture resources, its features is distinctive, but scattered without accumulation, its development is lack of power. In the development process, we should pay attention to the protection principles, authenticity principle and ethnic harmony principle, grasp the scale in developing process of cultural resources.vigorously develop the dominant cultural resources, positive develop the ＂culture＂ of gray and implicit cultural resources; build famous brand of national culture, and rational space layout of the exploitation.
