合作社企业家能力对合作社绩效形成具有重要影响，但是却没有得到实证数据分析的支持。文章在构建企业家能力与合作社绩效指标体系基础上，运用描述性统计与因子分析模型等分别对两组指标体系维度进行分析，再通过典型相关分析法分析了企业家能力与合作社绩效之间的相关关系。结果表明：企业家经营管理能力对合作社的组织绩效、治理绩效与社会绩效提升的影响非常明显，但是对社员收入绩效提升的影响程度却明显偏低。为了进一步提高社员绩效，促进合作社不断发展，一方面需要解决合作社成员之间的异质性，并提高合作社企业家的奉献精神，另一方面需要规范合作社的运行机制。

英文摘要：

The cooperatives entrepreneurs’ ability can affect cooperatives performance. This paper constructs the index system of the cooperatives entrepreneurs’ability and cooperatives performance separately. In evaluating the index of the cooperatives entrepreneurs’ability and cooperatives performance,then the paper analyzes the correlation between the cooperatives entrepreneurs’ ability and cooperatives performance with Canonical Correlation Analysis. The results show that the cooperatives entrepreneurs’ ability can promote the cooperatives performance. Therefore, it is very important for the government to solve the cooperatives entrepreneurs’heterogeneity among the members.
