采用水热方法,在光刻好的叉指电极间实现了ZnO纳米线的生长,制备出金属-半导体-金属(MSM)ZnO纳米线紫外探测器件,对其在暗场、紫外光下的I-V特性以及开关响应特性进行了测试。以S3C6410微处理器为核心,使用嵌入式Linux操作系统平台、Qt creator应用开发环境,设计了一种基于该探测器件的紫外线强度监测报警系统,实现了在实验室、环境污染监测等方面的紫外线强度实时监测和声光报警功能,该系统具有成本低、精度高、响应迅速的优点。
ZnO nanowires metal-semiconductor-metal(MSM)ultraviolet detectors were fabricated on glass substrateby a single-step hydrothermal reaction. We have discussed response time and responsivity. The I-V characteristicand switch response characteristic have been measured under dark field and UV light. Based on the embeddedLINUX operating system and Qt Creator software platform,the UV light detecting and alarming system is designedusing S3C6410 microprocessor. This system has the advantages of low cost,high precision and quick response.
