通过泡桐木芯材和纤维增强复合材料(FRP)面板厚度不同的9组复合材料u型夹层板构件的3点弯曲性能试验,分析该类型组合板的弯曲性能、变形性能和破坏模式。研究表明:在截面高度、宽度、翼缘板与腹板夹角相同的情况下,随着芯材厚度和FRP面板厚度的增加,复合材料u型夹层板的抗弯、抗剪能力相应提高。将试验得到的变形值与Timoshenko梁方程计算值对比,发现在弹性范围内U型夹层板弯曲变形值与计算值较为吻合。
Through a three-point bending performance test of nine specimens of U-shaped composite sand- wich panels with different Paulownia wood core materials and fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) panel thick- nesses, the combined board flexural properties, deformation behavior and failure modes were analyzed. The study found that under the same conditions, section height, width, flange plate and web angle, the thick- ness of the core material and the FRP panel thickness increased, bending and shearing performances of U- shaped composite sandwich cross-section combination of plate were improved. The test deformation value was compared with the calculated value of Timoshenko beam equation, it was found that the sandwich plate bending deformation values were in agreement with calculated values in the elastic range.
