采用真空导入成型工艺,制备出单向纤维腹板增强复合材料夹层梁。对不同腹板间距、腹板厚度和增加横向腹板的试件进行了四点弯曲试验,研究其破坏模式和机理。基于经典夹层梁理论,采用有效的理论分析模型,预估了试件的抗弯刚度、破坏模式和受弯极限承载力,理论分析与试验结果较吻合。
Fiber reinforced sandwich composites with only one-way webs were fabricated by vacuum infusion molding process (VIMP). Test species with horizontal webs,different spaces between adjoining webs and web thicknesses were experimentally studied by four-point bending test. The failure mode and mechanism were observed and investigated. The flexural stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of sandwich composites were studied by classical sandwich beam theory and valid theoretical analysis model. Results of theoretical analysis are rather in agreement with the test results.
