本文在介绍膜片离合器结构特点和工作过程的基础上,根据膜片弹簧的计算公式进行了膜片弹簧离合器分离特性计算公式的理论推导,最后得到膜片弹簧离合器分离反作用力.行程之间的关系。以BJ2020S汽车推式膜片弹簧离合器为例,运用MATIAB软件,结合理论推导结果进行其分离反作用力.行程之间关系的计算。结果表明:该计算结果准确的反映了离合器的分离特性,对于保证离合器控制精度,实现离合器最佳控制规律和对离合器执行机构进行优化设计提供理论基础。
This paper analyzes the structure of the diaphragm spring clutch and the process of clutch engagement and disengagement, then brings up a new dynamic mathematic model of this transient process.This model describes the transient of clutch engagement and disengagement process more exactly than the static model.The simulation result is provided and it will be applied to the control of automated clutch.
