齿根过渡曲线是影响齿轮弯曲强度的重要因素。为了提高齿轮弯曲强度,延长齿轮的工作寿命,从齿轮根部过渡曲线的加工刀具设计入手,分别考虑圆角刀顶、单圆弧刀顶、双圆弧刀顶,建立齿轮过渡曲线成形方程,确定齿轮根部强度敏感部位和应力集中系数的关系模型,探究齿轮不同过渡曲线对齿轮弯曲强度的影响,用有限元法对理论分析计算的结果进行验证。研究表明:使用双圆弧刀顶的刀具加工出的齿轮,其齿根弯曲强度比普通齿轮的齿根弯曲强度有很大提高,为高弯曲强度齿轮设计提供理论依据。
Transition curve is an important factor that affects bending strength of gear. In order to increase bending strength of gear, based on the design of cutter tip, ordinary fillet cutter tip, single circle arc cutter tip and double circle arc cutter tip were analyzed; the equations of three kinds of transition curve were established respectively. By the broken-line section method, the relation model of sensitive part of gear and stress concentration factor was determined ; the effect of different transition curves of gear on bending strength was explored. The calculation results using finite element method are similar to analytic method. The results show that the bending strength of gear cut out by double circle arc cutter tip is higher than that of gear cut out by ordinary fillet cutter tip and single circle arc cutter tip. The research has important guiding significance for improving bending strength of gear.
