过敏性反应与致病性基因(hrp)所编码的Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS)是植物病原细菌的决定性致病因子。在黄单胞菌属中,HrpG是目前已知的hrp基因表达的最高层面的调节蛋白,至今尚未鉴定到野油菜黄单胞菌调控hrpG表达的基因。本研究利用hrpX启动子和蔗糖敏感型sacB基因构建了hrpX表达报告质粒。实验结果表明该报告质粒可用于筛选鉴定正向调控野油菜黄单胞菌hrpX表达的基因。该报告质粒的构建,为研究hrp基因表达调控机制,揭示植物病原细菌的致病机制提供了有效的材料。
