为了研究稳态边界条件下大型客机座舱内空调通风气流组织分布,利用一架退役但功能完备的全尺寸真实MD-82型飞机建立了一个座舱空气环境实验测量平台.设计了恒温地面式空调机组为飞机座舱输送空调新风,该机组送风参数满足乘客热舒适性要求并保持恒定,同时飞机蒙皮外表面覆盖两层闭孔海绵保温材料,避免大气温度及太阳辐射对机舱内壁面温度的影响.设计了一套发热假人模型系统,用于模拟座舱真实人体散热情况下的空调工况.利用热球风速仪和超声波风速仪测量了机舱送风速度边界,利用标准水银温度计和热成像仪拍摄获得机舱热边界,为CFD模拟提供精确的边界条件.对送风条缝测量发现,机舱送风非常不均匀.
An experimental platform of air environment based on a retired but functional full-size MD-82 aircraft cabin was established to study the airflow distribution of air-conditioning ventilation in an aircraft cabin under steadystate thermal boundary conditions. A thermostatic ground air-conditioning cart(GAC) unit was designed to supply conditioned air with stable parameters of passenger thermal comfort requirements to the aircraft cabin. To avoid the effect of sunlight radiation and atmospheric temperature on the temperature of cabin sidewalls, two layers of insulation made by sealed cell sponge rubber were covered around the surfaces. A set of heating manikin system was designed to simulate air-conditioning process of realistic human body pyrexia. To obtain the accurate velocity boundary of the cabin, this investigation used HSAs to measure the air velocity and UAs to measure the flow direction, while an infrared camera calibrated by standard mercury thermometer was utilized to measure the cabin thermal boundary. In addition, the results indicated the airflow from the diffusers was highly non-uniform.
