英文摘要：

This article analyses the causes for the plight of China-Africa agricultural cooperation in depth and puts for- ward the corresponding countermeasures. The poor performance of the China-Africa cooperation in agricultural technology roots in the African country＇s political and agricultural policy. The ability of technical acceptance in African countries is very low. China＇s African agricultural technical cooperation projects have to be run in a very long-term and this should be paid sufficient attention. To achieve sustainable development is the necessary task of agricultural technology demonstra- tion centers. Sales of agricultural products are the bottleneck in the development of China＇s agricultural investment enter- prises in Africa. Subject to the plight of the effect of the China-Africa cooperation in agricultural technology and agricul- tural investment enterprises, the status of China-Africa agricultural trade in the bilateral trade relations has not changed. China-Africa agricuhural cooperation plays an important role in strengthening China-Africa traditional friend- ship and promoting agricultural enterprises and other enterprises ＂going out＂. In view of the huge potential for China-Af- rica agricultural cooperation,China-Africa agricultural cooperation also need proceed in more extensive scale, and in a deep-going way.
