Causal regression imitation of the interactions of human-earth system for the developmental law of stoekbreeding of 14 regions and cities in Heilongjiang province was analyzed on the basis of comprehensive dynamic evaluation for the resources, environments and developmental capacity of stockbreeding in Heilongjiang province by the AHP method. The dynamic change parameters among stockbreeding increasing and resources, environments were determined and detailed measures solving the bottleneck problem of stockbreeding resources in the above regions were put forward.
