Using the multi-period and dynamic evaluation model, we dynamically evaluated on animal husbandry resource and environment and the ability of husbandry development in Harbin, and investigated its history. The change of resource and environment in 19 counties and cities was simulated as curves and predicted for warning, and the ability of collocation between social development and animal husbandry resource, environment and products in the future was analyzed. Some relevant policies and suggestions for animal husbandry development were proposed.
