英文摘要：

Recently, Sovereign Debt Crisis （SDC） has broken out in developed countries on scale for the first time since the WW II. The new environment implies both opportunity and risk for the rising Chinese Outward Foreign Direct Investment （OFDI） there, with effects in new channels like governmental indirect expropriation, shrinking demand and the banking cri- sis. On the basis of studying the current situation and characters of Chinese OFDI in developed countries as well as building an analytical framework between SDC and FDI, this article tries to analyze the different effects of the SDC on local Chinese OFDI of diverse investors, entry modes and industries. The safety countermeasures for different kinds of Chinese transnational companies are discussed as well.
