立足创新经济视角,利用2001—2010年FDI强度和科技创新数据,构建了联立方程模型,并运用3SLS法进行了系统估计,对FDI强度、内资企业技术吸收能力、研发投入等因素对企业自主创新水平的影响以及这些因素之间的相互作用进行了实证分析。结果表明:创新过程中劳动力和资本是企业提高创新水平的重要因素,其中资本的创新产出弹性更高;FDI通过技术外溢对内资企业的创新水平产生显著正效应,其效应大小与内资企业的吸收能力和内外资企业之间的竞争性互动有关;内资企业技术吸收能力的提高对其创新水平的提升具有非常关键的作用;内外资企业在研发领域的竞争性互动可以促进双方创新水平的提高,其中外资企业在创新竞争中的反应能力强于内资企业。最后,提出了相应的政策建议。
Based on the perspective of innovation economy, by adopting the relevant data of FDI intensity and technological innovation from 2001 to 2010, simultaneous equations model is built, and the method of 3SLS is applied to conduct system estimation, consequently empirical analysis on the influence to the level of enterprise independent innovation by factors such as FDI intensity, the technological absorptive capacity of domestic enterprises and R&D investment, etc. and the interaction among these factors is carried out. The research result demonstrates that the inputs of the labor and capital in the process of innovation are important factors for enterprises to improve the innovation level among which innovation output elasticity of capital is higher; FDI exerts a significant positive effect on the innovation level of domestic enterprises with its technical spillover, and its effect is related to the absorptive capacity of domestic enterprises and the competitive interaction between domestic and foreign invested enterprises. The improvement of the technological absorptive capacity of domestic enterprises plays a critical role in the promotion of its innovation level; the competitive interaction between domestic and foreign invested enterprises in the areas of research and development would contribute to the improvement of innovation level of both sides, and the response ability of foreign invested enterprises in innovative competition is stronger than domestic enterprises. Finally, the paper gives corresponding policy advice.
