本文首先运用跨国面板数据进行协整分析，考察了生产者服务进口与制成品出口技术结构的关系，结果表明生产者服务进口与制成品出口技术结构间存在长期均衡关系。接着本文以生产者服务业FDI为替代商业存在式服务进口的变量，运用2004～2010年省级面板数据，进一步检验了中国生产者服务进口对制成品出口技术结构的影响，研究发现生产者服务业FDI对我国制成品出口的技术结构有显著的促进作用。本文的结论是，加大生产者服务业的引资力度，扩大先进生产者服务进口．是提升制成品出口技术结构的重要途径。

英文摘要：

The paper firstly makes a cointegration analysis with cross-countries panel data to examines the influence of producer services imports on the export technology structure of manufactured goods. The results show that there is a long-run e- quilibrium relationship between producer services import and the export technology structure of manufactured goods. Using Chinese provincial panel data from 2004 to 2010 and Taking FDI in producer services as a substitute variable for commercial presence import of producer services, this paper further examines the influence of Chinese imports of producer services on the export technology structure of manufactured goods. We find that FDI in producer services palys a significant role in promoting the export technology structure of China＇s manufactured goods. Therefore, it is concluded that intensifying the introduction of capitals into producer services and enlarging the imports of advanced producer services are the important way to enhance the technology structure of manufactured goods.
