基于GIS和RS技术,生成了福建省生态环境各因子专题数据库,并基于层次分析法思想确立综合评价的三级分层次指标。在用主成分分析法确定各层次分解因子权重的基础上.计算综合指数来评价福建省生态环境质量.得出福建省各生态环境质量区在统计上呈偏正态分布。第四级区占全省总面积的72.53%,生态环境总体质量处于中等偏下状态,在空间格局上,优劣区呈相间分布态势,高值区在东部沿海相对集中,而中西部的山地陡坡带是低值分布区.这种格局与研究区基于地势自西向东呈马鞍形、地形条带分割为基础的水热分异和人类活动强度等有较强的关联性.
Based on GIS and RS techniques, the paper builds the special databases of ecological environment factors and establishes the comprehensive assessment indexes of three class with PCA method, the eco-environment of Fujian Province is studied with comprehensive index. The results indicates that the eco-environment quality of Fujian Province is almost symmetric, in which the forth grade accounts for 72.53% of the whole. From the spatial distribution, the eco-environment quality alternates between the good and the bad. The better centralizes relatively at the coastal area and the worse scatters in the middle-west moun- tainous region. This kind of distribution has a strong relation with the changing trend of the topography and hydro-thermal conditions and intensity of human activity etc.
